gepsio tests fail in VS2010 using downloaded gepsio source code

Downloaded gepsio source and loaded in VS2010. Built and ran tests and the first test fails with this error:
 
The file file:///D:/Public/XBRLParser/JeffFerguson.Test.Gepsio/WorkItemsInput/WorkItem3828/cmi-20081231.xsd at is referenced as a XBRL taxonomy schema. However, this file does not contain a root <schema> node and is not a valid XBRL taxonomy schema.
 
The file appears to be correctly formatted.

Hi Jeff,

You will be interested to know that most of the tests pass at a different location on the internet, so it is almost certainly a corproarte proxy server issue. We do need a work araound, of course, but it's probably not a gepsio problem.
